collection of memorabilia from Friends is to be auctioned in Los Angeles later this month.

Fans are invited to attend the Profiles in History public sale on December 15 and December 16 at the Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills, where they have a chance to bid on famous props from the popular sitcom in the ‘Icons of Hollywood Auction’.

Among the items for sale is the Central Perk cafe’s orange couch, which Jennifer Aniston and her Friends co-stars congregated on each week from season four.

The couch is expected to fetch $4,000 – $6,000 (£2,552 – £3,828), while the accompanying green chair is estimated at $3,000 – $5,000 (£1,914 – £3,190).
